Payment methods
Deposit for rental products
In case your cart contains rental products, we will charge a deposit of 50 EUR or 100 EUR per order (depending on the products in your cart). After the rental period the deposit will be refunded via the payment method you have chosen to pay for the rental in the first place.
Local Delivery
Rented or purchased items will be delivered at time to your address. Furthermore, rental products will be picked up beyond the agreed time again. Please note the minimum order value for free delivery in the urban area of Dresden. The delivery areas and the corresponding delivery costs can be found in the table of delivery costs.
Shipment
The shipment of purchased items will be either carried out by DHL, UPS or locally by SpatzenTourist. Please note the minimum order value for free shipping.
Bulky goods
Please note that the shipping of bulky goods (e.g. roof boxes) might add an extra fee to the cart. You will note this specifically in the cart and that fee will not be charged for local deliveries.

* Shipping free of charge is currently only available for regular products (e.g. non-bookable products).
